Information for licence holders: The Danish Gambling Authority is available by phone and e-mail
Due to the current serious situation concerning the COVID-19 (Corona virus) in Denmark, the Danish government has decided to take comprehensive measures in order to prevent the virus from spreading.
Hence, all public employees who do not perform critical functions have been sent home from March 12 - March 29, 2020.
This measure also applies to the Danish Gambling Authority's employees.
Due to this, all physical meetings in the next two weeks will be canceled. If possible, these meetings will be converted into online meetings.
The employees will work from home. Contact persons, also technical and legal contact persons, are available as usual by e-mail and telephone.
The Danish Gambling Authority hopes that licence holders will experience as few inconveniences as possible due to the exceptional situation.
