Pdf-forms for gaming machines to be removed

The Danish Gambling Authority finds that the quality of the digital forms 6-01 and 6-02 is better than the pdf forms. Consequently, the pdf forms will be removed and replaced by the interactive digital version.
To secure the quality of the applications and the following handling of cases, the Danish Gambling Authority has decided that henceforth, form 6-01 ’Application for licence to install and run gaming machines’ and form 6-02 ’Deregistration of gambling premises’ will only be avialiable in a digital version and no longer in the pdf version.
Henceforth, applications will only be received via the digital solution at www.virk.dk, unless this website is down for a longer period of time.
If this is the case, please contact The Danish Gambling Authority, who will provide you with a pdf form.
The pdf forms will be removed from The Danish Gambling Authority's website on 20 september.
