The process with renewal of licences in 2016

In 2015, The Danish Gambling Authority therefore began a process towards the issuance of new licences valid as per 1 January 2017. This work involved among other things a new application form for renewal of licences and guidelines for the form.
16 licence holders applied for renewal of their licences. 15 licence holders were issued new 5-year licences and one licence holder was issued a licence valid for one year.
The Danish Gambling Authority has generally experienced great willingness to cooperate in the process and has gained valuable experience for the future process for renewal of licences.
