Danes gambling spend decreased in May 2024

The Danish Gambling Authority has released statstics for May 2024. The figures show that the total gambling spend on betting, online casino, gaming machines and land-based casino decreased in May 2024 compared to May 2023.
In May 2024, the Danes spent DKK 571 million on gambling. This represents a year-on-year fall of 3.4 per cent. Nevertheless, the spending on online casino increased by 10.3 per cent in the same period.
