Change in practice in handling of the application “8-01 application as manager or staff”

In the case that the applicant fails to enclose a private certificate of criminal record to the application, The Danish Gambling Authority will notify the applicant that the certificate is missing.

If the Danish Gambling Authority does not receive the private certificate of criminal record within 14 days, the application will be shelved.

The certificate of criminal record must not be more than six months old.

You can apply for a private certificate of criminal record on the website www.politi.dk.

In the case that an application has been shelved, and the applicant hereafter wishes to be licensed as manager, a new application, including a private certificate of criminal record, must be submitted.
