Digital forms on betting and online casino are phased out

Until now, it has been possible to apply for a licence either via a digital form or via a pdf form. Because of challenges with the digital signing, there has been very few users of the digital forms. Consequently, the Danish Gambling Authority considers it unnecessary to continue to provide two different means of application. 

The forms 2-01, 2-02, 2-03, 2-04, 2-07, 1-01 and 1-03 will only be available as pdf forms. The forms are available on the Danish Gambling Authority’s website under “Betting” and “Online casino”.
