Submission of annual financial statements
The licence holder must submit a copy of its annual financial statements to the Danish Gambling Authority no later than six months after the end of the financial year.
The annual financial statements must be endorsed by a registered or state‑authorised public accountant, who must also prepare an auditor’s statement.
The auditor’s statement must, as a minimum, constitute a review of the financial statements in accordance with the standards issued by FSR – Danish Auditors.
The annual financial statements must be submitted to the Danish Gambling Authority as secure mail via our contact form or via Digital Post.
