The Danish Gambling Authority’s press policy is based on providing the public with the best possible insight into our work.

It is primarily the management who speak to the press.

Do you want to make a freedom of information request?

If you wish to request access to documents under the Danish Public Access to Information Act, you can send your request to: aktindsigt-spm@spillemyndigheden.dk.

The Danish Gambling Authority communicates via secure mail. We do this to ensure that our communication with you is encrypted in light of the current security situation in Denmark.

This means that, when requesting access to documents, you must provide your CPR number, CVR number, or telephone number. We use this information to send correspondence to you through an encrypted connection. If you do not wish to provide this information, unfortunately we will not be able to process your request for access to documents.
