Stevns Automatservice ApS fined for breach of the Gambling Act

On 16 February 2026, Stevns Automatservice ApS has accepted a fine of DKK 37,956 for offering gambling on slot machines without a licence from the Danish Gambling Authority. This is a breach of section 59(1) of the Gambling Act cf. section 3(1). The breach took place from the 21^st of August 2025 up to and including the 17^th of September 2025 at the gambling premises Cafe 23 at the address Sct. Mikkelsgade 23, 4200 Slagelse.
