MG Automater ApS fined for breaching the gambling legislation

At an inspection of the gambling premises Jydsk Bowling Union at Løvbakken 8, 9400 Nørresundby on 30 April 2026, the Danish Gambling Authority found that MG Automater ApS offered gambling on two slot machines even though the five-year inspection deadline had been exceeded. The two slot machines in question were Bandit with ID no. 0000000092e0 and Midnight Madness with ID no. 000000008c16, which were both last inspected in February 2020.

It constitutes a breach of section 16(1) of the Executive Order on slot machines in gambling arcades and restaurants. On 28 September 2026, MG Automater ApS accepted a fine for the breach.
