MG Automater ApS fined for breach of the Gambling Act

MG Automater ApS has accepted a fine of DKK 3,000 for failing to have an approved manager at the gambling premises Jægerstuen (gambling arcade).

At an on-site inspection on 20 March 2026, the Danish Gambling Authority found that MG Automater ApS did not have an approved manager to oversee the daily operations at the gambling premises Jægerstuen (gambling arcade), Vendsysselgade 2, 9000 Aalborg. 

This constitutes a breach of section 38(1) cf. section 37 of the Gambling Act. On 28 September 2026, MG Automater ApS accepted a fine for the breach.
