On 25 November 2024, Mendys v/John Weibel Christensen has accepted a fine of DKK 3,000 for breach of section 16(1) in the Executive Order no. 1289 of the 29th of November 2019 on slot machines in gambling arcades and restaurants. The breach consisted in offering gambling on the slot machine Thors Hammer with the ID no. 00000000a437, which had an invalid inspection sign. The breach took place on the 6th of September 2024 at the gambling premises Spor 3 located at Banevej 3, 8543 Hornslet.
