Gjellerup Billard Club fined for breach of the gambling legislation

On 18 March 2025, Gjellerup Billard Club has accepted a fine of DKK 18,376 for breaching section 59(1) of the Gambling Act because they have provided gambling on gaming machines without a licence from the Danish Gambling Authority between the 5th of April 2024 and the 9th of June 2024 at the gambling premises Gjellerup Billard Club, at the address: Gudrunsvej 78, 8220 Brabrand.
