Fine issued to Frøstrup Borgerkro Aps for breach of the gambling legislation

Frøstrup Borgerkro Aps accepted, on 16 July 2026, a fixed‑penalty notice of DKK 3,000.00 for offering games on profit‑generating gaming machines without a licence.

This constitutes a breach of section 59(1), cf. section 3(1), of the Danish Gambling Act.

The offence took place between 24 October 2025 and 23 November 2025 at the gambling venue Frøstrup Borgerkro, Storkevej 1, 7741 Frøstrup.
