Fine issued to Danske Lotteri Spil A/S for violation of the Gambling Act
Danske Lotteri Spil A/S has accepted a fine for offering and selling lottery products in a shop without an approved manager.
On April 21 2026 Danske Lotteri Spil A/S accepted a fine order of DKK 23,645.90 for offering and selling lottery products in a shop without an approved manager responsible for daily operations.
This constitutes a violation of Section 38(1), cf. Section 37 of the Danish Gambling Act.
The violation took place during the period from 11 April 2025 to 18 June 2025 at the gaming location Købmand Sommerbyen Højvænge, located at Ågerupvej 100, 2750 Ballerup.
