Fine imposed on Hedemarks Automater ApS for violation of the Danish Gambling Act
Hedemarks Automater ApS has accepted a fine of DKK 3,326.00 for offering games without a licence.
The violation consisted of Hedemarks Automater ApS, during the period from 24 April 2025 to 3 May 2025, offering games on slot machines without a licence at the gaming venue Æ Klosterkro, Markledgade 2, 6240 Løgumkloster.
This constitutes a violation of Section 59(1) of Consolidated Act No. 1303 of 4 September 2020 on gambling (the Danish Gambling Act), cf. Section 3(1). On 1 May 2026, Hedemarks Automater ApS accepted a fine for the violation.
