Elite Gaming A/S fined for breaching the gambling legislation

On 8 december 2025, Elite Gaming A/S has accepted a fine of DKK 3,000 for breaching section 59(1) cf. section 3(1) of the Gambling Act. The breach consisted in offering gambling on gaming machines without a licence at the gambling premises Spillehallen Grønløkken på Grønløkken 1, 5000 Odense C.
