DM Automater ApS fined for breach of the gambling legislation

On 31 October 2025, DM Automater ApS has accepted a fine of DKK 5,000 for breaching section 15, cf. section 21(1), cf. (2) of the Executive Order on gaming machines in gamling arcades and restaurants. 

On 17 March 2025, DM Automater ApS, at the gambling premises Kybeck Grill & Pølser on the address Østergade 2 B, 6933 Kibæk, had used the gaming machine Virginia City med ID-nr. 00000000a34e despite it missing a seal, which constituted the breach. 

The rules state that a gaming machine with a broken seal must not be used before a new inspection of the machine has been made.
