Bodegaen Ørsted ApS fined for breach of the gambling legislation
Bodegaen Ørsted ApS has accepted a fine of DKK 3,000 for failing to comply with an order issued by the Danish Gambling Authority.
The breach consisted in Bodegaen Ørsted ApS failing to comply with the Danish Gambling Authority’s order to transfer data to the central monitoring system with the Danish Gambling Authority on the specific main number.
This constitutes a breach of section 59(5)(9) cf. section 49(1) of the Danish Gambling Act. On 18 May 2026, the Bodegaen Ørsted ApS accepted the fine for the breach.
