Billardklubben Brønderslev 1983 fined for breach of the gambling legislation

The breach consisted of Billardklubben Brønderslev 1983, on 19 January 2025 at the gambling premises Billardklubben Brønderslev 1983, Gravensgade 10, 9700 Brønderslev, offering the slot machines Mount Everest (ID no. 000007aba9e1) and Apache (ID no. 000009f6aa7b), even though the machines were last inspected in March 2019.

The five-year inspection deadline had therefore been exceeded, and the inspection certificates were no longer valid. For each slot machine, an inspection certificate issued by an accredited testing organisation must be available, and it must not be more than five years old.

This constitutes a breach of section 16(1), cf. section 21(1) and (2), of Executive Order no. 1289 of 29 November 2019 on slot machines in gambling arcades and restaurants.
