Survey conducted by Rambøll Management Consulting for the Danish Gambling Authority. 

The survey is conducted based on a political agreement on strengthening the combat of compulsive gambling in Denmark.

The appendix consists of a collection of annexes to the survey on Danes' gambling behaviour 2021. The annexes contains information on methodology, descriptions of games, questionnaire, interview guide, the effect of advertisements and supplementary figures and tables (56 pages).
