Focus on technical breakdowns in gaming machines

In the period mentioned, licensees must notify The Danish Gambling Authority about technical breakdowns in gaming machines, order an inspection by an accredited test house and fill out a log of the technical breakdown.
The notification to The Danish Gambling Authority concerning technical breakdowns must be done via the form “Teknisk Automatnedbrud” on the website: www.spillemyndigheden.dk under the tab: “Contact”. 
The notification concerning a technical breakdown, must be received by The Danish Gambling Authority on the following day of the technical breakdown at the latest.
Additionally the licensee must order an inspection by an accredited test house and fill out a log, which must be available for the inspection by the accredited test house.
