Consultation on new rules on charity lotteries and liberalisation of land-based bingo
The Danish Ministry of Taxation has submitted the draft proposal for the Act on Amendment of Act on Gambling and the Gambling Duties Act with a view to implementing the political agreement on lotteries of the 20th of March 2024.

The deadline for sending a consultation response is no later than Thursday the 22nd of August 2024.
The rules do not yet apply, but they are expected to take effect on the 1st of January 2025.
