AMLA submits draft guidelines for public consultation

The guidelines are intended to supplement the Anti‑Money Laundering Regulation regarding the ongoing monitoring of business relationships. AMLA submitted the drafts for consultation on 3 June 2026, and the deadline for submitting responses is 3 September 2026.

The Danish Gambling Authority encourages gambling operators to submit consultation responses to AMLA’s draft to the greatest extent possible. The public consultations can be found on AMLA’s website, from which consultation responses can also be submitted to AMLA.
