AMLA submits a draft on ITS on the format for reporting suspicions and providing transaction records for public consultation

The purpose of the ITS is to align the format for reporting suspicions and providing transaction records to Financial Intelligence Units.

AMLA submitted the draft for public consultation on 2 July 2026 and the deadline for responding is 20 September 2026. The consultation is available on AMLA’s website, where responses to consultations can be submitted.

The Danish Gambling Authority encourages gambling operators to widest possible extent to submit responses to AMLA’s draft.
