Amendment to the executive order on non-profit lotteries
Due to an amendment to the executive order on non-profit lotteries, it is now possible for a notary to use a random number generator in connection to charitable lotteries.
The amendment to the executive order entered into force on 12 September 2013.
The amendment to the executive order on non-profit lotteries is only available in Danish.
