ALMA submits new draft for technical standards for public consultation

The Danish Gambling Authority draws attention to the fact that AMLA (Anti-Money Laundering Authority) gas submitted a new draft for technical standards for public consultation. The draft is about the methodology for risk assessment in the non-financial sector.

The purpose of the draft is to specify the information to be collected for the purposes of monitoring money laundering and financing of terrorism and includes proposed lists of data points for the various obligated entities.  

AMLA has submitted the draft for public consultation on 10 June 2026 and the deadline for responding is 27 September 2026.

The Danish Gambling Authority encourages gambling operators to submit responses to the draft to the greatest possible extent.
