How to obtain a licence

You must use “Application Form No. 10‑01”, “Appendix Form No. 10‑02”, “Budget Template”, “Form No. 2‑02”, “Personal Declaration – Annex A”, and, where relevant, “Form No. 2‑04 – Declaration from Representative, where the representative is a company, Annex C”.

The application must be received by the Danish Gambling Authority no later than 3 November 2026.
