If you wish to file a complaint in connection with you participation in a game
The Danish Gambling Authority is responsible for ensuring a fair and well-regulated gambling market in Denmark. The Danish Gambling Authority is therefore always interested in being informed, if there are any problems with a gambling provider.

The Danish Gambling Authority is pleased to receive information about gambling providers. Information can lead to the Danish Gambling Authority investigating the circumstances further and may lead to Danish gambling Authority asking the gambling provider to change their practices.

If the Danish Gambling Authority decides to look further into the circumstances we will not be able to inform you of the process, since the Danish Gambling Authority is not able to comment on specific cases.

The Danish Gambling Authority cannot settle disputes between you and a gambling provider.

If you wish to file a complaint with a gambling provider
If you wish to file a complaint with a gambling provider, you must send your complaint to the gambling provider.

The gambling provider is obliged to process complaints from players.

The complaint must contain information on your identity and a state the reason for your complaint. The gambling provider can reject the complaint, if the complaint does not contain the information.

The gambling provider must process the complaint as soon as possible. The gambling provider must inform you when a decision can expect to be settled, if the complaint has not been settled within 14 days.

The Danish Consumer Complaints Board
As a consumer, you have the opportunity to file a complaint to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board when you buy a service.

Gambling providers who do not have a licence from the Danish Gambling Authority
Gambling providers must be licensed in order for them to legally operate on the Danish market.

The Danish Gambling Authority issues licences in accordance with the provisions in the Danish Gambling Act.

If you wish to file a complaint about a gambling provider who does not hold a licence from the Danish Gambling Authority, you should contact the gambling authority in the country where the licence is issued.

However, the Danish Gambling Authority will be pleased to receive information about gambling providers who do not hold a licence from the Danish Gambling Authority, but direct their offer of gambling towards the Danish market.
