Sending charity lottery tickets via e-mail

The Danish Gambling Authority has previously informed the providers that at the time it was not allowed, but that the request would be examined closer.

The Danish Gambling Authority has now come to the conclusion that the sending of lottery tickets via mail only cannot be allowed.
However, if a hard copy of the lottery ticket is scanned and e-mailed to the buyer, this may be done, provided that the hard copies are also sent by surface mail to the participant.
